Overview

The purpose of this brief work is to present some techniques, necessarily violent, useful for self-defense. We say necessarily violent, because neither beauty nor sportsmanship take place in them. It should be understood, therefore, that the sole purpose of these techniques is to put an attacker out of action, in the strongest and fastest way possible. Although it is true that observing the photographs that illustrate the different movements it is not easy to notice the violence, the truth is that the various shots and blows, even if they are not spectacular -like the Karate techniques, for example;are devastatingly effective and its results, for this very reason, can be dramatic
