Author Information

Ms. Soumi Majumder is a Research Scholar in the Department of Business and Management at Lincoln University College, Malaysia, and an Assistant Professor at the Future Business School, Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. She has over 10 years of academic and 2 years of industry experience and has previously served at institutions such as Sister Nivedita University, Techno India College of Technology, and NSHM College of Management and Technology. She has authored five books, including titles published by Springer   Nature, Taylor & Francis, and Emerald, along with two edited volumes. Her research focuses on quality of work life, stress management, employee engagement, leadership, and entrepreneurship, with over 25 papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. She holds one patent and four copyrights from the Government of India and serves as a reviewer for journals by Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, and Sage.  Dr. Bitan Misra  is currently working as an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Techno International New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.   She has published more than 30 research papers in various international journals, book chapters and conferences. She has written five authored books in Springer   Nature, Taylor & Francis, and Elsevier. She has served as reviewer in many peer-reviewed Journals and Conferences. She holds multiple patents and copyrights from the Government of India. She has also worked as Associate Editor in the International Journal of Ambient Computing and Intelligence (IJACI). Her main research interests include optimization techniques, deep learning, evolutionary algorithms and soft computing techniques. She is a member of IEEE and Internet Society.
