Her research focuses on quality of work life, stress management, employee engagement, leadership, and entrepreneurship, with over 25 papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. She holds one patent and four copyrights from the Government of India and serves as a reviewer for journals by Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, and Sage. Dr. Bitan Misra is currently working as an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Techno International New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
