Author Information

Heiko Knödel completed his degree in Computer Science (Diplom‑Informatiker) at the Julius‑Maximilians‑Universität Würzburg in 1998, focusing on databases, knowledge‑based systems, artificial intelligence, and banking management (as part of his business administration minor). He shares his national and international experience gained at renowned companies such as Deutsche Bank, Porsche, BMW, and Merck through workshops, coaching sessions, lectures, and project work. His areas of expertise include digitalization, artificial intelligence, leadership, design thinking, process optimization, change management, innovation management, and learning methods. With simple language and extensive visualizations, Heiko was one of the first to take a holistic look at digitalization in early childhood education with his book “Kita 4.0 – einfach digital”. The book reached number 1 on Amazon during the 2023 Frankfurt Book Fair in the categories Consulting, Business, and Administration. Dietmar Seipel is a professor at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. His areas of specialization are databases, logic programming, and artificial intelligence. He served as Chair of the “KI 2023” conference in Berlin.
