Heiko Knödel completed his degree in Computer Science (Diplom‑Informatiker) at the Julius‑Maximilians‑Universität Würzburg in 1998, focusing on databases, knowledge‑based systems, artificial intelligence, and banking management (as part of his business administration minor). He shares his national and international experience gained at renowned companies such as Deutsche Bank, Porsche, BMW, and Merck through workshops, coaching sessions, lectures, and project work. His areas of expertise include digitalization, artificial intelligence, leadership, design thinking, process optimization, change management, innovation management, and learning methods.
