Atmananda Krishna Menon stands among the foremost modern exponents of Advaita Vedānta. A householder by life circumstance and a Police Officer by profession, he governed those under his charge, subordinates and offenders alike, with love and compassion alone. In his earnest search for a true Guru, his prayers were answered when his Guru from Calcutta appeared and accepted him as a disciple.
