John Eary is a senior management consultant who has managed major assignments for the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors in Africa, Asia, and Europe. John has advised over 40 organizations in new ways of working. Recent assignments he has led include the assessment of agile working readiness and the development of an agile working strategy for a UK police force, the preparation of an extensive business case for an international bank, and research into agile working, personality, and performance. John writes a regular blog on agile working and frequently participates in seminars and webinars on the subject. He is a guest lecturer at the Royal Holloway College, University of London. John has a master's degree from Warwick University Business School. He regards himself as an Agile Worker and actively practices work-life integration and workwrapping.
