The speed of change is increasing daily in today's world. Companies are forced to launch new products faster and faster. The notion of project management is affected by this increased velocity. New product development methodologies, grouped under the name Agile, are starting to get recognized by companies as a mean to compete more effectively in this new environment. Olivier Kazandjian spent the last 21 years working in IT project management, lean manufacturing, organizational changes and change management in various companies, and industries in the US, France, Denmark, Mexico. He is currently based in Mumbai where he oversees change management for 5 service centers across 3 countries in Asia. He holds an Engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
