Kimberly Meyer, the author of Adventures on Artery Alley, has led an adventurous life of her own. From playing tennis at USC and studying sports medicine and psychology, to dancing in Tony award-winning musicals and traveling with famous dancer Juliet Prowse, Kimberly has seen many dreams come true. She even won 43,000 dollars and a car on a TV game show. Filling out her resume were appearances in commercials, TV, and film, and when she retired from dance, she opened a talent agency and discovered her love for writing. This book, originally meant to be an adult sitcom, became a children's story thanks to a friend's suggestion. Kimberly loves playing the drums, riding her bike, cheering for Michigan Football, and dedicating her work to her daughter, Lucy.
