Beyond the Lane contains a Prologue and Episode One of a ten-part book series. Dennis is a very large duck and he is just as curious. When Dennis is accidentally transported away from the only home he has ever known, his adventures are just beginning. His journey spans the entire east coast of the United States and includes landmarks from Savannah, Charleston, Jamestown, Williamsburg, Assateague Island, Ocean City, Washington D.C, Valley Forge, Philadelphia, New York, Sleepy Hollow, Boston, and Bar Harbor; after which his travels come full circle as he finds his way back home at the end of the final episode. This Read-To-Me series is perfect for classroom or homeschool instruction. Teacher or adult learning activity packets are available online which include vocabulary from each book, a corresponding glossary, reading/listening comprehension questions, related topics for expanded discussion, posters, as well as student coloring and activity pages. Narrated video presentations of each book are available online from either Teacher Pay Teachers or the Dennis the Duck website.
