Author Information

Dra. Teresita de Jesus Alvarez Robles , is a full-time professor in the field of Human-Computer Interaction. She holds a degree in Computational Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico Superior de Xalapa (2011), a Master's degree in User-Centered Interactive Systems (2016), and a PhD in Computer Science (2019) from the Universidad Veracruzana. She has published various research works, including book chapters, journal articles, and conference papers, in the areas of Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, and User-Centered Design. Recently, she has been working at Universidad Autonoma de Baja California Sur and is a member of a research network (RITIE). Samuel Montane Banos is a professor - researcher in Departamento Academico de Sistemas Computacionales at Universidad Autonoma de Baja California Sur (UABCS). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Information Technologies, both from the same institution (UABCS). He has published various research works, including academic articles and book chapters, in the fields of Software Development and Inclusive Technology. He is currently a member of Grupo de Desarrollo de Tecnologias Inclusivas e Innovacion Tecnologica (GIDTIITEC) and Red Internacional de Tecnologias Inclusivas y Educacion (RITIE). Dr. Francisco Alvarez Rodriguez , is a Professor of Software Engineering. He holds a BA. in Informatics (1994) and a MA. (1997) from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes and a EdD degree from the Education Institute of Tamaulipas, Mexico and he is PhD from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has published research papers in several international conferences in the topics of software engineering and e-learning process. His research interests are software engineering lifecycles for small and medium sized enterprises and software engineering process for e-learning. He is currently president of the National Council for Accreditation of programs and Computing, A.C. (CONAIC)
