Author Information

R.G. Abaszade , Ph.D., is an associate professor of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (2022), Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (2024). He is the author of 149 articles, 10 textbooks, 11 subject programs and 6 inventions, and papers in refereed journals with over 929 citations and h-index of 18, according to Google Scholar database. Dr. Abaszade received the degree of physical electronics (Bachelor) at Baku State University in 2003, Optoelectronics (Master) at Baku State University in 2006, and PhD in physics in 2018. In 2019, he created the “Innovation research” department at the International Academy of Ecoenergetics and continues to research the purchase, analysis and applications of nanomaterials. Our research works are carried out in the framework of joint cooperation with the scientific centers of the USA, Germany, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Hungary, England, Mexico, Chili, China, İndia and Italy. Together with our research group, we are engaged in complex work related to the acquisition, addition, analysis and applications of graphene-based samples. At the same time, we create various nanoelements (negatrons, diodes, capacitors and transistors) based on graphene-based materials. In our department, my research group is continuing experimental work in the direction of obtaining various samples, studying them and preparing nanomatrix devices based on new smart technology for the implementation of smart city and alternative energy supply. He is the editor-in-chief of Ecoenergetics journal, and a leading reviewer of the editorial board of various journals. In 2019, he became a professor of the “International Academy of Ecoenergetics”. Dr. Saifullah Khalid stands as a beacon of innovation and excellence in Electrical Engineering and Aviation Technology. With a distinguished career that spans over two decades, his contributions have been instrumental in shaping the future of air traffic management and engineering research. His impressive credentials include serving as a Visiting Researcher at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and holding a pivotal role as an Assistant General Manager (ATM) at SGRDJ International Airport Amritsar, in addition to his association with the Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO) in India. Dr. Khalid's academic prowess is underlined by a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, India. His commitment to education and research is further evidenced by his role in nurturing the next generation of engineers and researchers and his mentorship of PhD students focusing on cutting-edge technologies in aviation. A testament to his inventive genius, Dr. Khalid has secured 72 patents, showcasing groundbreaking technologies that range from AI-enhanced fault detection systems to innovative solutions in renewable energy harvesting. His intellectual contributions also extend to over 127 journal articles and conference papers, alongside several authored and edited books that delve into the applications of artificial intelligence in aviation and electrical engineering. Dr. Khalid's accolades are numerous and noteworthy. He holds the world records for the most patents granted in a single day and has been recognized internationally with awards such as the Excellence in Innovation at International Research Awards and the Best Researcher Award across multiple platforms. These achievements highlight his unparalleled commitment to innovation and excellence in his field. Furthermore, Dr. Khalid has effectively bridged the gap between theoretical research and practical applications, significantly advancing technology in air traffic management and electrical engineering. His expertise is not just limited to research and development but also encompasses the planning and implementation of research facilities, showcasing his prowess in project management and strategic planning. In summary, Dr. Saifullah Khalid's curriculum vitae is a testament to a career built on innovation, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to advancing technology and engineering. His achievements not only underscore his personal dedication and talent but also his significant contributions to the fields of aviation and electrical engineering, making him an invaluable asset to the academic and professional communities he serves. Dr. M.O. Stetsenko earned his Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from the V.E. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, in 2016. He served as a Senior Researcher at the same institute from 2019 to 2022. In 2019, he joined Shenzhen University, China, as a Postdoctoral Fellow, and continued his postdoctoral research at Westlake University from 2021 to 2023. In 2024, he was appointed Research Assistant Professor at Westlake University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include micro and nanofabrication, carbon nanomaterials, optical engineering, and nanophononics.
