Coloring pages in the style of 1960s and 1970s Rock Poster Art. Coloring is naturally therapeutic in relieving stress, and aids in relaxation. Engaging in the coloring process can be very restorative and healing to the soul. All things carry vibrations - words, thoughts, colors..everything! By repeating a word or affirmation over and over, it can submerge into our psyche and aid in redirecting our subconscious mind. Repetitive phrases may be used a a mantra to clear you mind to make room for insights to flow in. For this reason there are notes section at the bottom of each coloring page. The notes area is not limited to written words, jot down anything that comes to mind. From doodles, to notes, really anything...let your imagination go! In the back of the book you will find even more affirmation pages. Some containing sentence starters to get you going, with additional blank pages for your writing pleasure. Feel free to draw and doodle on these pages as well. There are no rules to this book. Use it as a jumping off point for your own unique expressions.
