I came into this world, innocent, impressionable, and a sponge to the people of this world, I was conditioned to not trust my inner world, rather believe what others said about me, this created layers of brokenness and much pain. As the addictions one by one melted away, I came closer to my soul, my inner world. By now in recovery for many years, I knew and craved deeply to heal from the abuse I had endured. Healing on a soul level is not for the faint hearted, or the weak. This is the warrior walk that we all are called to. As I grow, I can see that everything I went through was for the soul purpose of my freedom and helping others achieve the same. What I offer is not head knowledge, rather an experiential walk back to self!
