As a person with ADHD who also works as an ADHD therapist and coach, I will absolutely be encouraging my clients to read this book! I can't recommend this book enough! If you struggle with clutter and feel overwhelmed by organization, this guide is for you. The 5-minute task approach is a game-changer, it's manageable and effective, especially for someone with ADHD like me. Each tip is practical and tailored to fit my needs, making the process feel less daunting. I love how the chapters are concise and full of real-life hacks. This book has genuinely transformed how I tackle cleaning and organizing. It's refreshing to find a resource that understands the ADHD mind. 6 stars! This book is so good, I felt like it was written for me! The relationship between the writer and the reader couldn't be any better. The realization I came across this book and myself about ADHD makes me feel like I'm not the only one. There's a vast amount of the tips, tricks, and hacks on how to cope with ADHD for creating a stress-free atmosphere for yourself. I will be using these the rest of my life. Hats off to this book. Must read!! I have adult diagnosed ADHD. This book has helped so much with my ability to complete tasks and to function daily. Easy to read and follow. Highly recommend. I am so excited about this book. It's filled with practical tips I can actually use to enhance my life. It helps that many of them are simple and easily implemented. I can already see a difference in the amount of clutter around my house and it's only been a few days. I've learned so much from this book. Particularly the 5-minute task. I tried it and I'm AMAZED at what tasks I can get done in five minutes that I thought would take me forever so I just don't do them - or procrastinate the heck out of doing them.
