Author Information

Sue was diagnosed with ADHD in 1988-long before most people even thought it was something girls experienced. For years, she mostly ignored it, navigating life through a rollercoaster of dropping out of high school, muddling through college, surviving a failed business, and somehow finding success in the unlikely world of nonprofit finance. Though she was good at the work, it eventually led to critical burnout and adrenal fatigue. That wake-up call pushed Sue to do something radically different: embrace her ADHD instead of fighting it. She began working with an ADHD coach and rediscovered her lifelong passion for helping people grow into their strengths. With a background in Outdoor Education for Social Change, the pieces finally started coming together. Now, Sue is a graduate of the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA), the gold standard in ADHD coach training. She empowers neurodivergent adults to better understand themselves, reclaim their energy, and honor their wonderfully unique brains.Sue brings deep empathy, lived experience, and expert coaching to every session. If you're ready to stop struggling against your brain and start working with it, she's here to guide you on your own pathway forward.
