Paul Ritvo, PhD, is a professor at York University in Ontario, Canada. He's also a research scientist at Cancer Care Ontario and a psychologist with over twenty-five years' experience in the development and evaluation of evidence-based cognitive behavioral programming for healthy lifestyle behavior change. Asa Siegel is a classically trained actor with extensive professional stage experience.
