It is part dictionary, or more precisely a vocabulary of all the characters used in point names, along with their dictionary definitions and various lists to facilitate referencing them according to your situational needs or preference. A section on Extra Points is included, along with Ghost point names and a thorough investigation into the most common/frequent 36 characters that show up in point names. Throughout the text I use traditional full-form characters, but also include simplified ones. I use pinyin spelling and include tone marks.
