Careers Counsellor, Coach, Teacher, Workshop Facilitator, and mother Kathy Donaldson has spent her entire professional career dedicated to helping children develop through their schooling lives and transition into the world of work; as well as supporting parents to be actively involved in their children's lives. Kathy has achieved a Master in Guidance and Counselling, Master in Education and Certificate IV in Career Development. She has been a successful Careers Counsellor and Careers Co-ordinator in schools for the past 25 years and, in that time, she has worked with countless students, parents and families all with diverse backgrounds, cultures and beliefs and values. Kathy continues to help parents assist their children to make important career decisions while at the same time guiding and supporting students gain confidence and clarity around their own career management. Kathy and her husband have also raised two of their own children, who are now adults living happy, contented and rewarding lives. She and her husband are still actively involved in their children's lives and embrace every moment shared with them.
