Is there a more sublime experience for an actress or an actor than not recognizing themselves when they see themselves? The acting self is a study and training proposal that aims to silence the polluting agents of the personal self and the performing ego in order to go beyond the technical-creative limits to which they systematically submit us when we act. Through the four stages that are the cornerstones of the acting self methodology: acting score, acting layers, active observation and reconstruction of the self, we will discover the infinite possibilities that exist within each one of us to create a unique and true mediating self that allows us to be real others for each character we play.
