Author Information

NANCY HUBBARD is one of Britain's leading experts on acquisition strategy and implementation. Working with KPMG on acquisition issues, she is also an Associate Fellow at Oxford University's Templeton College and a former lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Oxford University's School of Management.
