Author Information

Marie has been teaching English for over 20 years, across all Key Stages. Alongside work in the classroom, she has contributed to a variety of national and international assessment projects across Ks1-3. She currently teaches and writes assessment and tuition products at Ks1-3 in reading, writing, grammar and spelling for publishers and national testing agencies. Madeleine is a full-time English Consultant and has been a successful assistant head teacher for many years in Manchester. She offers bespoke training to support schools and still regularly teaches in the classroom. Maddy regularly works as part of the test development for KS1 and KS2 and is a team leader for GPS. Madeleine is also a part of the Rising Stars Assessment Advisory Team as an established educational author and series editor.
