Dr. Jeffrey Holmes, a graduate of the Community College Leadership Program at The University of Texas-Austin, is a recognized expert practitioner in access, opportunity and equity program development. His broad range of expertise includes first-year experience, student-athletics, disabilities compliance and services, civil rights complaints and resolution, instruction, faculty development, team building, public- private partnerships, leadership, community college and transfer issues, program design, higher education and government relationships, entrepreneurism and small business development. He has served over 18 years in post-secondary education in various roles including as a District Compliance Officer. He served as a California Community College Statewide Representative for 10 comprehensive community colleges and has served on several statewide committees. Dr. Holmes has mentored 1,000s of young men and women to transition to college, degree completion and careers. Dr. Jeffrey Holmes is available for keynote and training sessions.
