Jeremy De Beer is Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, Canada. His expertise is in the area of technology and intellectual property law. Dick Kawooya is a doctoral student and Adjunct Instructor at the School of Information Studies, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA.
