Reviews

I can recommend to budding therapists or those who want to learn the ACT Approach to therapy and this book makes it ideal for learners. This approach is simple to understand, explain and implement. It empowers the individual to identify what is happening now, compare that to what they want and make a conscious choice for how they wish to proceed. Very effective tool for living a better and more meaningful life. I recommend highly. Got this book for my class in college and it was a great read. It feels a bit like a self-help book because the advice is so great!
