"Sandra Kimler is an International Speaker and Author. Sandra Kimler (nee Spykers) was born in Rotterdam, The Netherlands in 1964. She emigrated to Australia with her family in 1978, settling in the Kiewa Valley in Victoria. Through her mother, Hennie Spykers-Hersman's influence Sandra received qualifications in nutrition and iridology studying the teachings of Dr. Bernard Jensen. Sandra now teaches the Body, Mind & Spirit connection through her talks and books. Her books and work is about healing the whole person. Sandra talks about our nutritional needs and also about the fact our mind needs to be healthy, eg: A sour mind gives us sour digestion. Sandra teaches the importance of forgiveness, positive thinking and our spiritual connection with our higher self. Sandra practiced Nutrition for 25 years in a Melbourne clinic which lead to ""Healing the Whole person, Body, Mind & Spirit"". Her keynote speaking took Sandra all over Australia and the United States on this subject. Balboa, which is a division of Hayhouse released her book: ""So, Why Become Vegan?"" Sandra is a passionate animal-rights activist and a devoted mother of three wonderful children living in Byron Bay.
