Reviews

Elizabeth has the unique ability to combine wisdom from the heart with wisdom from the mind. She is sharing deep insights into patterns of abusive relationships. I love how she has put those into the A to Z categories, this gives this book both, a good read plus also a reference tool. I know Elizabeth personally, and she is such a heart-warming person, living from joy and you can feel she has come a long way. She knows what she is talking about. I can highly recommend her books. Caroline Palmy - Author, Speaker and Healer A-Z of Emotional Abuse by Elizabeth Goddard is a very thought provoking book to read. It gives a very simple, clear description of what it is like being in an emotionally abusive relationship. This book is a great tool to share with someone that you may think is being emotionally abused. It will help them understand the stages of the abuse and what happens in those stages. It is very easy to read and keeps you focused on the content. Dana Zimmerman - Author Part of healing from trauma is learning to trust yourself again. You cannot learn to trust yourself again unless you understand how you were deceived...until you understand the process by which your abuser divorced you from yourself. Liz's book is healing because it does just that...helps you see where are, so you can figure out where you are going. Cathryn Abbott Jones - Author
