"Author Elizabeth Grady Branch, EdD received a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, from Jarvis Christian College (now University), a Master's degree from Texas Southern University, and a Doctorate in Education from North Texas State University (now University of North Texas). Her career after college included the joys and rewards of becoming a K-College-level teacher, administrator, and small business owner.
