The sun beat down on the tired bodies of the men and woman traveling west, a relentless, punishing weight in the middle of the high prairie. The writer of this series has been writing for about 30 years, with his wife and 4 children he owns a general store in the town of Lane, Kansas, that is like taking a step back into the late 1800s, early 1900s, from the original floors to tbe tin roof ceiling its like no other store youve seen. Having a series of books written and published by Nathan helps see what it may have been like in that time, and what allows us to learn about as well.
