Overview

Wayne says he doesn't have a bio as do many others, but we know him to be a Stephen Minister and Leader, and a nationally known author and speaker on the subject of dementia. He is as well a world traveler, and knows many lands most of us simply read about or see in a magazine. He has been an Operations Coordinator for a U.S. Embassy, an Administrative Officer on board navy submarine tenders, and has ensured almost every sibling in his family has served in uniform-a niece or nephew as well. OUTSKIRTS Publishing also knows him to be a man who loves the Lord, and his church family and a person who believes success is when just before you get inside the door to your home, a little nose is sighted pressed up against a window and the words made out are, 'Hi, Grandpa.' The author lives with his lovely wife Donna, their animals, and friends who 'drop in' from around the globe. They reside in Powhatan, Virginia-not far outside of Richmond.
