Overview

In response to many requests I have published a fifth edition with black and white photographs instead of colour on budget paper so as to make it affordable, leaving the fourth edition with its colour pictures for collectors. The fifth edition has a changed title to distinguish it from the previous edition. Editions four and five are rewritten and updated versions of my first book, 'Paranoid Schizophrenia, My Label, My Life', published first in October 2012. The eBook published in July 2020, remains unchanged and has many photographs in full colour. When I was diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia, it felt as though a lightening bolt had struck me. It shattered my world. I was put into a mental asylum. My friends fell away. Was this to be a life sentence? Was there a way to escape from the straitjacket of serious mental illness? This is my story, the story of how I learned to survive and reach a state of happiness. Is it success? You be the judge.
