Author Information

I was born in Russia, 18.08.35. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Communications, 1958, and then from its post-graduated courses, 1963, with the First Scientific degree (approximately PhD in Technology). For about 20 years I worked at the Research Institute of Radio in Moscow. I have got about 15 scientific publications. Late in the 60s I started my independent research in Systems Theory which then involved Theoretical Physics. In 1992 I emigrated to Israel and then traveled across Europe, lived in Canada proceeding with my research wherever possible and in 2007 printed it privately in Britain. I donated that book to libraries and academies of some Western countries.
