George King III has been Sabino's engineer since 1983 and is also her historian for nearly as long. Mr. King is retired from the U.S. Coast Guard and a licensed steam engineer, and holds a Master's ticket for Inland Waters in auxiliary sail, motor, steam, and commercial-assistance towing.
