Overview

Age range 3 to 6 Understand how a seed becomes a sunflower by peeking beneath the soil, and watching the first shoots grow, until a big fold out reveals the towering, flowering plant! Minimal text coupled with gorgeous, bright and blocky illustrations show the life cycle of a plant from seed to shoot, flower and seed again. Also shows how plants depend on other animals such as birds.
