She is the author of A Dirty War, Putin's Russia and A Russian Diary, and a collection of works, Nothing But the Truth. Anna Politkovskaya was murdered in Moscow in October 2006. Jon Snow (Introducer) One of the nation's pre-eminent broadcasters, Jon Snow was the face of Channel 4 News from 1989 to 2021.
