Author Information

George I. Barker was born and raised in Evanston, Wyoming. As a child his dream was to become a rancher and have his own ranch. His dreams were shattered, so after he graduated from high school he attended the University of Utah. While at the ""U"" he was the president of the rodeo club. He graduated with a degree in Pharmacy which he practiced for 51 years before retiring in 2004. All but 2 of those years were spent in Evanston. He loves to be out of doors whether it is hunting, camping, fishing, or just being out observing nature. His wife Norene - who is the love of his life and his best friend - supported him in everything he has ever done. He has six children Darlene, Georgia, Bonnie, Scott, Randy and Ryan. Each one of them has supported all his activities. Darlene has been such a great help in the publishing of this book.
