Reviews

""Diana's hat-making talent is extraordinary. As San Diego television's first primetime female weather anchor, I needed to project my best self and the hats she made for me did just that. I'll never forget the hat Diana designed with peacock feathers symbolizing my NBC network! So creative! I've interviewed Diana several times on the air. She explains her millinery expertise clearly and with her signature enthusiasm. This book does that too."" -Pat Brown, San Diego television and radio personality ""I've had the pleasure of working with Diana Cavagnaro both as a customer and as a collaborator in my role as a fashion professor at SD Mesa College. Diana's craftsmanship and artistry in hat-making are truly exceptional, and her passion for the craft is evident in every piece. Modeling her hats for her Holiday Photoshoot was an inspiring experience-each hat tells its own story! As an educator, Diana brings the same level of excellence to her classes, providing students with both the technical skills and creative inspiration needed to excel in millinery. Her new book, A Rendezvous with HATS, will undoubtedly be a valuable resource for anyone wanting to explore the world of hat-making."" -Lyndsey Johnson, Fashion Department Co-chair and Professor, SD Mesa College ""It is my privilege to congratulate Diana Cavagnaro on the launch of her book, A Rendezvous with HATS. From show-stopping hats for Opening Day at the Del Mar Racetrack to breathtaking designs showcased on television, Diana's creations always make a lasting impression. As a journalist, I've had the pleasure of sharing her talent with viewers, and as a student in her hat-making classes, I've experienced firsthand her passion, expertise, and ability to inspire. Diana's craftsmanship, creativity, and dedication to her art make her a standout in the world of millinery."" -Sandra Maas, Award-winning Journalist ""Diana's millinery work is a true testament to craftsmanship and creativity.
