This practical handbook provides a detailed examination of arbitration law and procedure and includes the full text of the Arbitration Act 1996. Importantly, it takes account of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998, insofar as they affect arbitration proceedings. Keren Tweeddale, barrister and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, practised at the bar for several years before becoming a lecturer, most recently at the University of Westminster. Andrew Tweeddale is a solicitor and non-practising barrister with Norton Rose, specialising in construction litigation and arbitration. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
