Born and bred in the West Midlands, Steve has specialised in building recruitment businesses, new regions and brands whilst empowering and mentoring recruitment consultants into achieving Top Biller status. Steve has operated within the recruitment industry for over 15 years, working for large globally recognised recruitment PLC brands to founding S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd. Steve is an expert at driving innovation and growth, both for individuals and the recruitment industry. As Founder and mentor of the 12-Week Recruitment Mastery Programme, Steve is at the forefront of a new dawn for the recruitment industry, which aims to refresh the industry's reputation, and offer a platform and forum for recruiters to discuss pain points, successes, and add value as a united force.
