Overview

A boy comes up with the initially somewhat crazy idea of catching the wind. He experiences a series of adventures at home, in his neighborhood, at school, in other places, and finally at a theater performance that takes place in heaven. There is not much more to say about this book at this point; anyone who wants to can dive right into the stories. Others are welcome to read an introductory story to the book first, which reflects a little on this strange constellation, on children, and on adults. This brief introduction and the introductory story that follows are intended to show that this book is also targeted at children when they grow up, perhaps also at awakening adults, and thus to some extent at everyone. These are stories about the beginning of a wonderful friendship, a friendship between a boy and the wind, and since the wind can be found everywhere and is at home everywhere, this is a book for everyone, regardless of age and regardless of where they are in the world.
