The failure to recognize the difference between absolute velocity and relative velocity, has sent physics on a path of paradox and contradiction. Building on the model first proposed by physicist Lewis Carroll Epstein, the author shows how the domains of special relativity and general relativity can be reduced to one simple model that can be understood with high school trigonometry.
