Overview

I was born Barry John Evans on the 8th April 1991 making me aged 23 at the time of writing this book . I was born and raised in a little seaside town in the North West of England called Southport . I was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome aged nine . I graduated from university in 2012 and also from a Personal Training academy . I was diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis on the 10th January 2013 . I have gone from mild to moderate in a short space of time and have since had to adapt my life to accommodate this . This book takes you through my entire journey from when I was young right up to this present day sharing my personal struggles along the way. My experiences have made me into a stronger person today despite suffering with a chronic illness.
