Amy Young was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and though she trained and practised as a lawyer, she has always wanted to be an artist. She is the author and illustrator of several picture books including A Unicorn Named Sparkle. She lives in Spring Lake, Michigan, with her husband. amyyoungart.com
