Overview

Sophie Gates is a highly reserved former special agent who, after suffering an injury, becomes a detective. Currently, she's investigating a series of contract killings linked to a notorious mafia group, but she had no useful leads until she crossed paths with Tomas Clark Henderson. Tomas Clark Henderson is an attractively eccentric billionaire entrepreneur who accidentally becomes a suspect in the murder of the daughter of one of the local mafia bosses. With his life at stake, he agrees to be protected by Detective Gates, but only if she abides by his unorthodox rules. Under pressure from her captain to maintain appearances and protect Clark during the investigation, Sophie is compelled to work undercover.
