Dr. Frank is a urologic surgeon in private practice for more than thirty years. He continues to submit letters to The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and the New York Post. He is an avid patron of the arts and is involved with The Art Students League of New York, where his wife, Robin, was the President of the Board of Control (2019-2025). He is a leading collector of antique mechanical automobile clocks and is in the process of writing the definitive tome on the subject of automotive horology. He was featured in a WSJ profile ""Clock Watching"" in 2012 and frequently contributes articles on this subject matter to various print and online media outlets.
