Author Information

Hannah Katharina Mller has studied law with a focus on European and Comparative Law in Bremen, Oldenburg and Groningen. She holds a double LL.M. degree, awarded with distinction from the University of Bremen and from the University of Groningen. After her graduation in 2010, Hannah worked as a research assistant at the Institute of European and Comparative Law at the University of Oxford. In January 2011, she started her PhD on 'A legal framework for a transnational offshore grid' at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law. During her PhD research, she gave presentations at international conferences and published several papers in international journals on the topic. Currently, Hannah works as a researcher at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law within the law faculty of the University of Groningen.
