Author Information

Pauline Fatien Diochon, Ph.D., is an educator and researcher in management. She is a long-life learner and thrives to share this passion with her students. Since 2003, she has developed an expertise in the study of the complexities of executive coaching through a few favorite topics such as power dynamics, paradoxes, and ethics. She is the authors of 2 books, multiple book chapters and several academic peer-reviewed articles. She holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC School of Management (Top Leading European Business School) and a Master in Sociology of Power from University of Paris Diderot as well as a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Organizations & Human Resources from HEC School of Management. She is Associate Professor of Management at Menlo College. Katie Flynn, M.A., M.F.A., is a writing instructor and creative writer, living in San Francisco. Her short stories have appeared in a variety of literary journals, including Barrelhouse, The Bellingham Review, and Fugue, and she has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and Best New American Voices anthology contest. For the past six years, she has worked closely with students and their words as director of the Writing Center at Menlo College.
