Author Information

Harry Harris has written more books and top industry awards than Sir Alex Ferguson has won trophies! He has written numerous Manchester United books, including a diary of the club’s last title, George Best’s last book, a commemorative special when Sir Alex turned 80, the first book on Wayne Rooney, and Jose Mourinho’s time as manager at Old Trafford. Paul Trevillion has devised and drawn thousands of sporting features since the early 1950’s and, over his eight decades in sport, has become known as the ‘Master of Movement’ for his unique ability to convey dynamic movement in a static image and bring the personality of a subject to life. Carl England has been a United supporter from the age of 5, doing the bidding of his forefathers. He was taken to games as a kid from 1979, getting a season ticket for the Stretford End as soon as he could drive, going home and away, later becoming an Umbro Executive. Former Manchester United captain Bryan Robson is one of the legends of the club, making over 450 appearances for the club between 1982 and 1994. Known as ‘Captain Marvel’ by supporters, he is still highly-regarded by United fans all over the world.
