He was renowned throughout the herbal world as a teacher and mentor, and he shaped a generation of herbalists. He loved plants in all their shapes, sizes, and personalities and had an endless compassion for humans and their frailties. Non Shaw was an herbalist, counselor, body worker, and teacher renowned for her unique method of thinking and her creative presentations. She wrote books on herbal medicine, herbal remedies, and Bach Flower Remedies and contributed to many encyclopedias. She also designed and taught many courses for herbalists.
