A Handbook on Commercial Court Practice is a short commentary on the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. The Code of Civil Procedure was amended by the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 to mark the distinction between non-commercial and commercial suits. The first part of the book provides an overview of all such amended provisions which apply to commercial suits exclusively.
