Wendelin Kupers undertakes phenomenological, interdisciplinary and integral research on embodied, emotional and aesthetic dimensions of relational and responsible leadership and organizational practices. He has authored various books and journal articles, is involved in editorial and review activities and serves as conference co-convenor.
