John R. Lutzker is Distinguished University Professor at Georgia State University and has forty-six years of research and service in IDD and evidence-based parenting programs. Kate Guastaferro, Ph.D. is an Assistant Research Professor at The Methodology Center at The Pennsylvania State University researching the optimization of behavioral interventions.
